This 4-day Family Wildlife Adventure Safari is a perfect getaway for families looking to experience Uganda’s amazing wildlife, breathtaking landscapes, and fun-filled outdoor activities. Arise early in the morning and start your drive from Entebbe. Enjoy breakfast and scenic views along the way. Upon arrival at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, check in to your lodge and refresh before lunch. The lodge is located inside the park, so you’ll likely see a few animals nearby. Spend your evening around the campfire learning more about the park and its wildlife.
After breakfast, go for a guided nature walk to track different families of rhinos and other animals such as zebras, giraffes, and antelopes. The walk takes about 2–3 hours depending on sightings. Return to the lodge for refreshments, then drive to Murchison Falls National Park. Upon arrival, hike to the top of the mighty falls to witness the world’s strongest waterfall before checking in at your lakeside lodge. In the evening, enjoy a game drive in the park to see lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, and many other species.
Start the day early with a morning game drive in the northern bank of the park, an area known for its climbing lions. You’ll also spot other animals like giraffes, elephants, and antelopes. After the game drive, have breakfast by the hippo pool and return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic boat cruise along the Nile River, spotting hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and many birds. You’ll also get a panoramic view of Murchison Falls from the bottom before returning to your lodge for a restful evening.
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at your lodge, then check out and begin your drive back to Entebbe. The journey takes about 5–6 hours with several refreshment and photo stops along the way.
